Fight predications by boxing analysts believed Oscar De La Hoya to be just too big of man for Manny Pacquiao to handle as he was moving up two weight classes and The Golden Boy moved down so the two could meet for the mega-fight. Come fight night Pacquiao silenced all the critics + dominated De La Hoya throughout “The Dream Match” mega-fight from start to finish, connecting with his left hand throughout the fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Dec. 6, 2008.
